Mail from imado customers is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service from domains they have proved they control. postmaster@ and abuse@ on every connected domain that has an address reach the oldest address on that domain, so a person reads them even when nobody created those two addresses. For the platform itself, write to the address above: a report about a customer's sending is acted on the same day it is read.
