Where to write
ashish.so@zivaro.ai reaches the people building imado. Every message is read by a person, and you will get a reply within two working days. Email is the one channel.
Include the domain or address involved, when it happened, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help; the full message with its headers helps most when the question is about a piece of mail.
Which page you want
- Unwanted mail from an address on imado, phishing, or an account you think has been taken over — reporting abuse.
- A vulnerability, or a question about how the product is protected — security.
- A copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account — privacy.
- A limit you have reached and need raised — fair use. The answer is usually yes.
- Whether you should trust a system this new with your mail — what alpha means.
If you run a mail system
Mail from imado customers is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service from domains they own and have proved they own. postmaster@ and abuse@ on every connected domain that has an address reach a person at that domain, its oldest address. For the platform itself, write to the address above: a report about a customer's sending is acted on the same day it is read.
