One support@ for the whole team.
Give each person who answers your mail an address of their own, and share the ones you all answer, like support@. Everyone signs in with their own email and reads only the mailboxes you give them. There is no charge per person.
Bring someone in with an address.
You add people where you add addresses, so nobody arrives to an empty inbox.
Add an address for them
Make it personal, like sam@, with their own email: Gmail, Outlook or work. Or make it shared, like support@, and name everyone who reads it.
They get one email from imado
Its link works once, only for the account at the address it was sent to, and expires after 7 days. You can send it again.
They sign in as themselves
Their mailbox is already there, with the mail that arrived while they were invited. They sign in with their own email, never an address on imado, so a password reset always reaches them.
Each person reads what you give them.
A project has two roles, and neither one opens a mailbox it was not given.
- Member
- Reads the mailboxes you give them and replies from them, and sees nothing else in the project.
- Admin
- Adds domains and addresses, and decides who reads each one. An admin reads no mail until they are given a mailbox too.
Take someone off a mailbox and its mail stays where it is. Nothing is deleted.
Answer together, without overwriting each other.
Drafts anyone can finish
A reply is saved as you type, and everyone who reads the mailbox sees it with its author's name. If two people change it at once, the second one sees what changed and chooses which text to keep.
Tags you share
Tag a conversation and everyone who reads the mailbox sees it, can narrow the list to it, and can see who added it. Up to 200 tags a mailbox.
Your own name on a shared address
Reply from support@ as “Sam at Example”. Each person sets their own name on each mailbox, and nobody else's mail carries it.
Apps everyone can see
If someone connects an AI app such as Claude to a shared mailbox, everyone who reads it sees the app and who connected it.
No charge per person.
You pay for domains and stored mail, never per person or per address. Buying any pack raises the number of people a project holds.
Every price and limit- 3 people in a project, free
- 1,000 people in a project, with any pack
