Only domains and stored mail have a price. The limits below stop any one account from sending spam that would get everyone's mail blocked, and everyday use stays well under them. What is a project?
A group of domains and inboxes for one thing you run, such as a product or a company. People you add to a project see its inboxes and nothing else.

Price and payment in the termsHow does billing work?
Once a year. Your first pack sets your renewal date, and packs you add later renew on the same date. For a pack added part-way through the year you pay only for the months left. Under $10 before tax, it usually waits for your renewal, and once what is waiting would reach $10 it is charged together that day; you see the exact charge before you confirm.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are in US dollars before tax; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Checkout may show the total in your own currency, at Stripe's exchange rate, which carries a small conversion fee; choose US dollars there to avoid it.
Who will I see on my receipt and card statement?
Link, Stripe's service for selling on a business's behalf. Link takes the payment, works out and pays the tax, and sends the receipt. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* IMADO.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of any charge, your first purchase or a renewal, write to us and you get a full refund, tax included, with no reason needed. The packs that charge paid for end when it is refunded.
Why yearly, not monthly?
Every card payment has a fixed fee. On a small monthly charge that fee would be a big part of the price, so we bill once a year and keep the price low.
What happens when my storage is full?
Mail keeps arriving, nothing bounces, and nothing is deleted. Clear some space, or add a storage pack.
What if I stop paying?
Your packs last until your renewal date. After that, 3 domains stay free as before. For any others, you keep full access for 30 days; after that, their mail is still received and kept, but you cannot open those inboxes until you renew or remove domains.
